Parkville Connect

Parkville Connect is a secure web-based portal providing GPs, specialists and other health professionals with information in the Parkville Electronic Medical Record (EMR). 

Parkville Connect will give you secure access to information about your patient’s treatment at the RCH.

Access to your patient’s EMR is only for the records of patients whom you are treating and who consent to your access. 

You must register to access Parkville Connect.

Registered users will get secure, read-only access to information such as:

• upcoming and past hospital visits
• inpatient and outpatient progress notes
• discharge and after visit summaries
• laboratory and imaging results
• allergies, medical history and medications
  

In some instances, you may also be able to:

• send and receive messages to the treating clinicians at the hospital
• request access to patients not on your patient list
  

Parkville Connect is not a tool for requesting or receiving urgent and non-urgent medical action, opinion or advice.
